How to communicate with the buyer after an order?
If you have already started a conversation with the buyer, go to the "My Conversations" tab by clicking on the chat icon located at the top right of your screen.
Here you will find all conversations with buyers for each sale.

To perform an in-person collection, follow these steps:
Click on "Return an Order" to start the process.

Select the type of listing you wish to add: sale or donation.
Fill in the various categories and add photos.

As a seller, you can access all your listings by going to the "My Listings" section.

Here, you will find a list of your listings along with their current status. To find a specific listing, use the search bar by entering information from the listing's title or description.
Once the listing is located, click on "Manage" to display the listing details.
