How to communicate with the buyer after an order?

If you have already started a conversation with the buyer, go to the "My Conversations" tab by clicking on the chat icon located at the top right of your screen.



Here you will find all conversations with buyers for each sale.

If you have multiple sales with the same buyer, each order will have its own conversation to avoid any confusion.

It is also possible to enable browser notifications by checking the dedicated option, so you can receive an alert when your correspondent sends a message.





If you wish to access a conversation related to a specific sale, you can also do so by viewing the details of the sale in the "My Sales" tab as mentioned above.




It is often helpful to contact the buyer, especially for large orders that may require more time than the standard 15-minute collection slot. This allows you to arrange with them to schedule a more suitable in-person collection time. Additionally, you can provide important information about the volume or weight of their order, help them plan for adequate transportation, or discuss logistics related to the handover.

It is also wise to notify them in case of potential delays or for any other information that may affect the delivery or collection of the items.
