Return Policy

Due to the specific nature of our business, which involves exclusively selling second-hand products, we enforce a strict no-return policy. All items are sold as-is at the time of purchase.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buyers are strongly encouraged to carefully review the description, photos, and all available information before finalizing their purchase. We provide as many details as possible to ensure complete transparency.

Final Sale

Once the transaction is completed, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, unless the received product significantly differs from the description provided in the listing.

Exceptions

In the exceptional case that an item has an undisclosed defect or significantly differs from the description, the buyer may contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt to discuss a possible resolution. However, the final decision will rest with our support team.
By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the items purchased are second-hand and sold as-is.
